Ending hunger and malnutrition
There are about 2.8 million children enrolled in pre-primary schools in Kenya (source: Africa Check). At Food For Progress Africa we believe that everyone deserves access to healthy and nutritious food. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to ending hunger, achieving food security, improving nutrition, and promoting sustainable agriculture in our communities. We understand that food insecurity is a complex issue that requires a multi-faceted approach. That's why we strive to partner with charitable foundations, and community organizations to support food security, plant kitchen gardens and distribute whole grains, lean proteins, and other healthy food options to those in need. Additionally, we work with farmers and agricultural organizations to promote sustainable agriculture practices that support the health of our planet and future generations.

Our Vision

FFPA embraces the concept of regenerative thinking in the development of disadvantaged children and adolescents. We basically avoid giving away food for nothing. The vision of this program is to provide nutritional food that results in enhancing educational performance, improving school attendance, supporting reentry back into the social aspects of life while increasing the overall well-being of African children and adolescents. In the long term, FFPA envisions a future where all African children and adolescents have access to nutritious meals, education, and health services, leading to improved quality of life, reduced poverty, and increased opportunities for personal and economic growth.
The greatest threat to our planet is the belief that someone else will save it.
